Born in Yokohama, Kiki Kudo is a writer, chef, and music producer. She has written articles about fashion, art, and subcultures for culture magazines. Her books include Sister Seven Sensation and a collection of art criticism, post no future (all published by Kawade Shobo Shinsha). Kudo moved to New York in 2011 and started an art food project called CHI-SO-NYC in 2014. She works with food, from creating restaurant recipes to organizing culinary events. She began making music in 2017 and released an EP. In March 2022, Kudo released Profile Eterna through The Trilogy Tapes. She published her first cookbook, I’m Cooking for You through Positive Message, in June of this year. She also started a YouTube channel, making videos on her recipes.
