Ryo Shinagawa was born in Tokyo in 1970. He is the author of 366 Uplifting and Inspirational Quotes (Sansai Books) and “Kikokushijo To Iu Nihonjin” (Sairyusha). He has co-translated “Stieg Larssons Arkiv: Nyckeln till Palmemordet” (Harper Books) and co-edited 00’s-Plus Movies (Kawade Shobo Shinsha). Ryo Shinagawa has directed, written, and conceptualized H.P. Lovecraft’s Dunwich Horror and Other Stories (Toei Animation) and others. He is also the former editor-in-chief of the magazine, Studio Voice.
